Constructive Voices, a podcast platform for the construction industry, launched in April 2021. The programme aim to inspire positive change in the construction industry globally.

The podcasts are creating conversations with industry leaders and change makers on topics shaping the sector - from the economy to sustainability, social good, to mental and physical health, and diversity and inclusion.
Episodes from Constructive Voices include:
- Shifting Sands To Economic Recovery. Henry McDonald speaks with Guy Woodford about the UK economy via the aggregate industry.
- Mixed Reality In Construction, A Mates Chat About Mental Health & An In-Depth Look At Apprenticeships. This is an in-depth conversation with Josh Mathias MD of the Hythe Group about apprenticeships. This episode also includes an accessible introduction to Mixed Reality, plus it touches on mental health within the sector.
- Inside Connections. In this podcast, Henry McDonald speaks to ex-offender, John Burton – one of the stars of Liverpool Narcos – about his organisation, Inside Connections, that runs programs to enable the employment of ex-convicts within the industry. Jackie De Burca interviews James Rudoni of Mates in Mind.
Constructive Voices produces original content. Plans for future episodes include:
- TV personality Peter Finn taking listeners on a journey into the highly sensitive restoration of the building which houses the Book of Kells at Trinity College, Dublin.
